Fee Schedule

The following prices are for home with less than 2,999 square feet. Most home are within this size. The prices for these size homes are based on the number of bedrooms, not the selling price of the home. There are special conditions that may affect these prices. When you call, we will finalize the fee.

Pricing

Continuous Monitor 48 Hour Radon Testing: $135.00
(Test is tamper proof, and provides hourly print out during the test.)

Wood Infestation Inspection with 6 month guarantee: $85.00
(Performed by a subcontractor)

4 bedrooms and 5 bedrooms: call for quote.

New Construction: Call for details on our 3 phase inspection package. Homes over 3,000 square feet will be priced higher.

Multiple Unit Pricing: Properties with several buildings such as older farm homes with barns, out buildings, mother in law units over garages, or multiple family units such as duplexes, triplexes, and other small apartment arrangements, and small commercial properties, you will be charged an hourly rate of $150.00 per hour per inspector. 

Special Conditions: Older homes, homes over 3,000 square feet will be priced based on size. Give us a call, and we will be glad to discuss your future home.

All fees are payable at the time of the inspection. Cash or personal check is acceptable. If you are not going to be present at the time of the inspection, mail us the check prior to the inspection, or mail it to your realtor, and we can pick it up from them at the time of the inspection.
